GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION:

● The time of your pick up and the departure from Wenceslas Sq. is only approximate and may be delayed by the traffic situation.

● Tours are often in two languages. We guarantee all excursions in English, German, French, Russian, Spanish and Italian are available on request.

● We are not responsible for items left on the bus.

● Apart from the tours in the catalogue, other excursions may be organized on request.

● Customers are expected to stay with their group and follow the instructions of the guide. Customers are therefore responsible for any separation or contingent expenses connected with it.

● Cancellations: If the cancellation of a tour is made during the pick up time from the hotel or one hour before the tour starts, we charge 100% of the price.

● Any complaints must be made immediately after the tour ends (or the following day in case of late arrival) at the office in Wenceslas Sq. 27.

● Children lighter than 36 kg (approx. 80 pounds) or lower than 150 cm (approx. 5 feet) taking part in the guided tours must be reported upon purchase at the sales point.

● All tours end in the centre of Prague, if not mentioned otherwise.

T3: KONOPIŠTĚ

● The castle consists of two basic parts: trophies and armoury, forming thus two separate tours of about one hour each, but the limited time of our excursion permits you to see only one of them.

T4: KARLŠTEJN

● The tour does not include a visit to the Chapel of the Holy Cross - staff allows visits to this chapel only with prior reservation, 30 days in advance.

T8 a-c: CRUISES ON THE VLTAVA RIVER

● The route of the boat trips may be altered in case of a raised water level.

● During certain holidays (Christmas, New year's Eve, etc.) we have for you special offers on tours T8B and T9. Prices in these cases may be vary.
