Terms & Conditions


  • Time of your departure/arrival depends on traffic situation delays can occur and will not result in a refund of money.
  • The agreed time and place of departure must be strictly followed. Missing the tour bus departure is not a reason for a money return.
  • The time of tour/trip departure is not usually identical with the time of the hotel transfer.
  • Clients staying close to the departure point (Václavské náměstí)will be picked up by the Best Tour employee at their hotel and will take them to the point of departure on foot.
  • Tour-rides are provided in two languages.We guarantee English only. German, French, Italian and Spanish are available on request.
  • For historical objects we cannot guarantee information in your preferred language. In such a case clients are provided with written information in the language that you indicated in your reservation form.
  • We can also organize individualized trips beside our current trip list.
  • In the case of a group reservation, please ask about our group discounts.
  • We recommend our clients donot leave their tour group and do follow their guide’s instructions.
  • Clients are fully responsible for any group-leaving and/or consequential expenses.
  • Cancelation terms:If the tour ride is canceled by the client at the time of a hotel transfer or one hour before the tour we charge 100% of the price.
  • All complaints are to be requested immediately after the tour(or the following day-in the case of a late arrival from the tour at our office at Vaclavské náměstí 27).Any later complaints will not be accepted.
  • At the tour sales point it is necessary to report all children going on the tour. The children price is accepted for children 3-6years, with a weight of less than 36 kg(80 pounds)and a height of less than 150 cm(5ft).
  • We take no responsibility for your belongings left on the bus (restaurant, boat etc.)
  • If not indicated all tours end in the center of Prague.
  • Hotel transfer is included in price of tours-rides T8B and T9.Any special demands on hotel transfer has to be announced before the tour.

T3: Konopiště

  • Chateau tour consists of two main parts Trophy Hall and the Armory.
  • These are two independent tours,each lasting for about an hour,and due to the limited time of a tour only one of each can be done.

T4:Karlštejn

  • A visit of the Holy Cross Chapel is not included in the regular tour offer. It has to be reserved 30days in advance.

T8 a-c Vltava river boat tours

  • The route of a boat tour can be different due to a change of water level.

During public holidays (Christmas, New Year etc.)We offer special tours T8B and T9. Prices for these tours are subject to change.

Best Tour reserves the right to any changes (program,prices of tours/trips in case of unexpected changes of opening hours of the sites,traffic limitations,cultural events on sites and unexpected natural calamities).
